About Appareldox
Most embroidery projects pass through two or three different vendors before they're finished. Appareldox handles the digitizing and the production in one place, so your design doesn't change hands three times to get made.
Here's the usual path a design takes: someone digitizes the file, someone else runs the stitching or printing, and a third party handles shipping. Each handoff is a place things can slip — a stitch file that doesn't match what actually gets produced, or a delay nobody catches until it's late. We build the file and produce the piece under one roof, so that handoff problem doesn't exist in the first place.
That covers twelve services in total: embroidery digitizing and vector art conversion on the digital side, then screen printing, custom embroidery, embroidered caps, five types of custom patches, and challenge coins on the production side.
We work with businesses and brands, sports teams, schools, uniform and team-wear buyers, fire, police, and military units, clubs, event organizers, and also embroidery shops, screen printers, promo product companies, and home embroiderers who need digitizing or production support of their own.

We prepare a proof
We digitize or mock up the design and send it back before anything gets produced, so you're seeing it before it's final.
