Ordering From Phoenix
There's no local drop-off or in-person meeting in this process — everything runs through an artwork upload, a digital proof, and an online approval, the same way it works for a customer anywhere else in the country.
In practice that's three steps: send your logo or design, review and approve the proof we send back, then get your finished files by email. Digitizing and vector art use flat rates listed on our pricing page, and your first design is free. Physical products like patches and printing are quoted per project.
File Formats & Machine Compatibility
If your resort, office, or shop already runs its own embroidery machine, we deliver the digitized file in whatever format that machine reads (DST, PES, EXP, and others).
If you don't run your own machine, there's no separate step required — the same order can go straight into production instead of stopping at a file.
